New River E-Bikes

How it works

We bring the bikes. You bring the day.

No bike shop to drive to, no roof rack, no charging cables on your kitchen floor. Here's the whole process, start to finish.

Step 01

Choose your bikes

Browse the fleet, pick your bikes and quantities, and select your dates and a delivery spot — the New River Trail, Claytor Lake, the Huckleberry Trail, Radford, or your own address (quoted by distance).

Step 02

Book & pay your deposit

Reserve online in minutes. We take a 30% deposit to hold your bikes; the balance is collected on delivery. You'll get an instant confirmation by email.

Step 03

We deliver — charged & fitted

We meet you at the agreed time and place with the bikes, helmets, and locks. Everything arrives fully charged. We adjust seats, run a quick safety briefing, and you're ready.

Step 04

Ride wherever you chose

Roll out along the river, around the lake, or down a paved campus path. Pedal-assist handles the few rises. Stop for lunch, photos, or a swim — it's your day.

Step 05

We pick up

When you're done, leave the bikes where we agreed and we'll collect them. No racks, no charging, no hauling home. Calories: your business. Hills: ours.

A quick word on safety

Helmets come with every rental, and we strongly recommend wearing them — the trails we serve are mostly flat and easy, but they're shared with walkers, runners, and other riders. Our e-bikes are Class 1 & 2 (pedal-assist up to 20 mph). Please follow each location's posted rules and speed limits — the Huckleberry Trail, for example, caps e-bikes at 15 mph. We'll walk you through the controls before you ride, and we're a phone call away the whole time you have the bikes. Riders should be comfortable on a bicycle; minimum age and weight guidelines are on our FAQ.
